Indo Bazaar open hours from 12:30AM to 9:30PM

Order Information

You can place an order online any time in 24 Hours a day.
Order are also accepted by Phone, Fax, And Email.
Please place dry and frozen foods seperatly and each order should be worth 8000yen to enjoy free delivery with one free gift.

Delivery System & Shipping Charge

Delivery will be done next day, if order receive before 3PM ( Monday ~ Friday ) working day only.

Order accepted 24 hours, 7days but dispatched only on next working day, If order receive after 3PM,  ( Mon. ~ Fri. ) working day.  Please dont expect delivery on Sunday or Monday if you placed order on Saturday , you will receive it on tuesday only.

Free Home Delivery on 8000Yen purchasing of food items.
800Yen Extra charges If Purchasing of food items is less than 8000Yen.

Payment Methods

Presently only one payment methods are available Cash on Delivery

Payment in Cash is collected by delivery man (Takyubin Company, not our staff) at the time of delivery, if you fail to pay the amount in full, parcel can not be delivered (Once parcel has been dispatched, payment option can not be changed, even if you call us and want us to speak to the delivery boy)

Refund Policies

Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.

Order Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of any order placed should be cancelled by phone only before 4:00 PM on the same working day or next working day if your order placed on a holiday. Once order is dispatched, it is responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment. If order is cancelled after the above mentioned timeframe and package has been dispatched from the warehouse, cost of shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer.

For Customer living in Okinawa Ken, Hokkaido, kagoshima, kochiken, or Ehime ken

Phone card amonut will be considered seperately.

Note

Even though we want to deliver within 24 hours, how ever due to traffic conditions and unavoidable weather conditions deliver may be takes 2-3 days depending on your area location.
We will arrange next day delivery, but we cannot ensure timely delivery during weekends or national holidays.
